Howdy and welcome to Taijitu Isle!

I'm Kitten, better known as the Atomic Kitten, Toxickitten or AK, TK for short and I'm the founder of the island.Were just finishing up construction on some of the towns here but the majority of the island is good to go for new trainers to explore it! So, if you want a new place to explore with tons of new Pokémon, this island is a perfect place to do it! Taijitu Isle is named after its two guardians, Natchtang who harbors the western half of the island and Minacht who claims the Eastern half. The island is separated by a long mountain range that goes from the northern side to the southern side, making the only way possible to get from Natchtang's territory to Minacht's is through Slither Pass. The only way to get into the island is through the port, the entire island is protected by large rocky islands which make it impossible to dock a ship or Pokémon on the island any where else near impossible. Well, have fun!

Plot:

An unknown land was at peace. Nothing disturbed and its guardians that were happy with their territory. Nachtang the female dragon Guardian of the Western side and her three Watchers keeping peace in their territory. Minacht, the male dragon of the Eastern side and his three feline Watchers kept peace in their territory. Neither of the legendary dragons ever went near the other's territory, they used their Watchers to deal with problems on the opposite side of the mountain boarder if necessary. If the two dragons ever met eyes with the other, it is said the island would be destroyed in a horrific battle.

An unknown creature has discovered and has invaded their land and is tearing down the forests and jungles to build strange rock homes of their own. None of the Pokémon inhabitants of the island have ever seen a human before. Many of the Pokémon of the island are upset that their land has been disturbed, wanting the strange two legged creatures off their island. The guardian's time of peace has been interrupted and are now trying to keep peace in their own territories. One of the two guardians is wanting to rid the humans off the island for good and the other wants to try and live in peace with them but wants the humans to stop destroying their habitats. Which guardian will make the first move? What will be the outcome of the struggle for the island? Who will reign supreme over the humans?

Random Pokemon Generator

Type random letters in here to get the name of a random pokemon then go to the pokedex and go to that pokemon's profile so you have all the informaion on it before useing it as a random pokemon siteing. Keep typeing random letters till it wont let you type anything else in the box. If you get a legendary, contact the admin to see if it's time for that pokemon to appear:

Any and all news by any of the staff or Toxickitten, This is the place it will be posted. No one else may post here, they are highly recommended to read the posts here unless they care less about the site's news.

Febuary news:

Cleaned up the finished topics. Left the ones older than 2 months cause no one's been on to rp on them. Just thought you guys might like a chance to pick up where you left off.

Cleaned out the users. Everyone with 0 posts made got deleted along with wowposter who big-time spammed everything.

Added new rules:

11. When makeing a post...

Thanks to a certain member, not mentioning any names..., this rule is now in place. When typing a post, I know you see all the fancy buttons above the box you type in and you may have the urge to make your post look 'pretty' and you think it's presentable when your done but let's think about this for a moment. If you put what your character says in bold and what he/she is thinking in italics, that looks great! that way the other people can differ their words and thoughts from the rest of the post. that is perfectly fine[but not required]. Also, if you change the color of the words to accommodate when a different person, say your pokemon, is talking. That's actually helpful sometimes as well [also not required]

Now if you decide to make your entire post a different color, say, red? Let's think about that! See, there are different skins for the site other than the one you are using, such as the Christmas skin. that has a red colored background for the tables and green text on it. Wouldn't it be odd if you couldn't see what the other players typed unless you highlighted the text? Yeah, that would get old after a while. What I'm trying to get at is also the Glow, Marquee, and shadow options. DON'T USE THEM, EVER. It's more annoying than anything unless you are trying to 'pretty up' your personal profile. Yours, not your character's. You know, the one located HERE.

I'll just stop ranting and come out and say it, BURN, I can't read a damn word you type!! DX< Graaw!! Knock it off or I'll haunt you in your sleep!!


12. About signatures and avatars...

Look, I know you guys absolutely love to place awesome pictures in your signatures and stuff but please, don't make your signature longer than 300 pixels long cause then it just stretches out the board and not to mention, it's just annoying.

The avatars, I don't mind if they are funny, mean, weird, makeing fun of characters, whatever. I really don't care. What I do care about is if you want a large image to use as your avatar, please resize it to at the most, 150 x 150 pixels. If you don't, it just stretches out the mini profile and pisses everyone off okay? Thanks.


13. Profile and PC

Please have a link to your character's profile and pc in your signature. If your signature is too long, pm toxickitten and she can shorten it for you with nothing deleted.

Removed the games board. all forum game posts will now be posted in the general board.

Added a personal profile where you can have one post all to yourself. Talk about whatever you want. It is for you, not your characters.

Added a Walkie Talkie board. If you'd like to contact a certian character and tell him/her you would like to 'go to the lake' [rp together in Ashdam Lake], this would be the place to do it so you wouldn't have to pm the person and ask them.

Added a seceret head quarters for the 'badguys' Note: Only visable if you have made 50 posts or more. The HQ is password protected so good luck getting in if you haven't been hired.

Modified the Moderator Applications.

Stripped a couple of staff of their titles.

Returned Millininja back to a NPC Mod due to the fact that I am back.

I'm still working on finishing the Christmas skin.

Added a pokemorph form. you may now play as a pokemorph. For those of you who don't know what a pokemorph is, click the word pokemorph to go to the wiki page. Even though it only explains one type of pokemorph, I will allow the second type I've heard of which is a human that can transform into the pokemon.

The trainer form has been changed. You may now only start out with two pokemon of the basic stage instead of three from either the basic or first stage.
